ALLEN WHITE is the author of Murderworld. He’s a filmmaker, screenwriter, and film professor, and his films have been exhibited in major museums, including the Smithsonian. He also geeks out on movies from every era of film history, and adores silent films so much that he also makes his own. Even though he is a fully grown adult, he still plays video games and reads comics. His living room is filled with tall, overloaded bookshelves that, should an earthquake occur, would certainly topple and kill him, although he feels that such an event would be a fitting and noble way to die. He is a San Francisco native, and lives there with his very patient and tolerant wife who would never, ever think of criticizing his errant and irresponsible lifestyle.
