Joseph Williams received a Master's degree in Creative Writing from Wayne State University. He has released four short story collections, Detroit Macabre (Post Mortem Press, 2011), Swinging from Stars: Stories Inspired by the Music of Tea Leaf Green (Post Mortem Press, 2012), Timbers of Fennario: Stories Inspired by the Music of Grateful Dead (Post Mortem Press, 2013), and Justify the Thrill: Stories Inspired by the Music of Blues Traveler, along with four novels, The Hunt (Severed Press, 2012), Stasik I: Origins (Severed Press, 2013), Bunyan Undead (Severed Press, 2014), and Stasik II: Parin (Severed Press, 2014). He lives in Farmington Hills, Michigan with his family.
